Beware of ""cavities"" 10/17/2007

The last time I went in for a cleaning, the dentist told me I had two cavities but was not specific about where they were and did not use a mirror or x-rays to show me. I have had one cavity during my life so it seemed odd that two would appear in just 6 months. Luckily I was moving so I did not schedule the appointment to get them filled as the receptionist pushed. I just saw my new dentist today and he found *no* cavities. Pros: Good hours Cons: Rude attitude, find fake cavities, leave you waiting in the chair for a long time more

Good dental practice, only a few minor complaints 9/28/2007

Dr. Catherine Ha is nice, gentle, and takes the time to explain the treatments necessary. Appointments can be had only a few weeks in advance. Only four stars because I've had one good and one bad dental technician in my visits there and because they did suggest I needed braces when most dentists are amazed how straight my teeth are without ever having had braces. Pros: Convenience, Availability of appointments, Accepts MetLife dental insurance Cons: Some technicians better than others more

Very bad front desk 10/9/2006

I donot understand why it is so so difficult to get an appointment. Leaving voicemails and never get a response from the coordinator. Called again and front desk is not willing to give out an apt. more

They to sqeeze $'s from you / insurance 5/17/2006

This dentist try to sell you extras in each visit. Though they know that insurance doesn't pay, they tend to do the extra's which you don't need and charge for it. They try to sqeeze $'s from you and the staff is harsh. Cons: Sqeeze $'s, Harsh to patients more

Not recommended - for your refrerence only 1/4/2006

Dr Ha did a Crown for my teeth, and the crown fall off every two months:-) Finally I have to give up Now I still need to have a Crown. Also I have experienced over charge many times. I am not sure why they do this. Best wish to you to find a good dentist that is capable to take care your dental needs. more
