HVAC Raleigh

We were having a ton of people over to the house for a party on the fourth and we woke up to an air conditioner that was not working. The house was so muggy it was all I could do to stay inside and clean. We called six different contractors before HVAC Raleigh said they could take care of us. It turns out our system was on its last leg and our best bet was to replace it. Because we were having our party the technician made a temp repair and got us back in air. They came out today and replaced the system and I could not be happier! They did not charge me extra to fix it for my party on Monday and I got two more estimates yesterday both of which were higher. HVAC Raleigh has great customer service and great prices! Customer for life here! more

They didn't make me wait all day. Showed up less than 2 hours after our first talk. Mechanic knew the problem in less than 5 minutes and replaced it in less than 10 minutes. Parts on hand. Quick and Inexpensive. more

Good: These guys take there time to explain everything without making you feel like you are stupid! I was told by another company in Raleigh that I needed a new Heat Pump system even though my system was only 5 years old. They sold me on the energy savings which there was some truth to. My neighbor was having HVAC Raleigh service his unit and I asked the technician if he would come give me a second opinion. He had my system fixed that afternoon for $240! Thank the lord for honest companies like HVAC Raleigh!. Bad: Nothing! These guys are honest and they want you to be a customer for life by giving great customer service!. Improvements: I can't think of any! They saved me thousands of dollars fixing my system when I was told I needed a new one! They could have also told me that I needed a new system and just beaten the other contractors price, but they were honest and did right by the customer! Call these guys! You will not be sorry!. Good: I cannot say enough great things about HVAC Raleigh! They gave me the best price on a new Trane system out of 4 estimates and they installed it in less than four days! The installers were clean cut and very friendly and they left my house cleaner than they found it! HVAC Raleigh is my one and only HVAC company from now on! I love these guys!!!.
