We used their tax preparation service once and were pleased.Their basic fees were reasonable, but if you have a lot of extra forms that are required to be filed the cost could end up being more than what you would pay an accountant! They gave us free phone help with the H & R Tax Cut software. Also, they will give you follow-up support if needed. more
