called Expert’s office and their guy dealt me over the phone too nicely. He told me that someone would be there within an hour. But, I couldn’t believe how he was able to come to me within 15 minutes. He worked efficiently and got the job done within half an hour. I really appreciate his skills and efficiency. Skilled locksmiths 7/8/2010

The journey to find the best locksmith is tricky and challenging. There are tons of them everywhere and a lot of them aren't real locksmiths. I am saying this based on my own experience. Since before, I am always unlucky to get locksmiths who dontknow what they are doing. My back door's locks are still wrecked because of one of these locksmiths I am talking about. That's why I was so happy when I found these guys. From the initial contact they were polite and smart. Over the phone I was given a lot of information about locks and locksmithing already. This is why I hired them. They knew their work so well and they give tips even before you decide to hire them. They arrived on time, they went to work quickly, and completed the job wonderfully. My back door is better than new now, many thanks to these guys. I was also very proud to say that out of all other locksmiths, they are the ones who have the cheapest rates. Indeed, all you need in a locksmith is here. They know what you need and they surely know how to do it well. more

Experts! 6/20/2010

Out of many locksmith services I have ever experienced, The Expert Locksmith service showed great deal of commitment and dedication. I wanted to get surveillance system at my house due to increasing burglar activities in the area. I phoned Expert’s office and their locksmith arrived soon after I hung up the call. He assessed the requirement and gave me some suggestions. He installed that system very competently and charged very reasonable price in the end. The courtesy shown by everyone at Expert’s company is commendable. This is really very nice team to work with. Thank you Experts! more

One day my mother lost the keys of safe somewhere else. There was considerable amount of cash inside. She was much worried about that. When I came to know her worries, I called Experts immediately and told the problem. A technician arrived at my residence quickly and rekeyed that lock very skillfully in a matter of seconds. My mother got relaxed again. I thanked that guy for his quick and reliable service. more

Hassle free service without follow ups. I have been looking for some kind of locksmith service for various long term projects. I studied many reviews about locksmith service providers in the area. But, the most positive reviews were listed on Experts locksmith website. So I decided to hire them as a test case. But, on the very first project they showed great deal of zeal and commitment and completed the assigned task well in time with high quality of work. Charged price was more than fair. Since then they are my permanent contractor for those long term projects and I am quite satisfied to have them on board. Thanks! more

. No one can beat Expert locksmith service because they are offering high end services on the lowest rates in the market. I came to know this when I saw that more than 60 percent of the reviews over the web were in favor of this service. And mostly the people were acknowledging their work because of lower rates. That’s why I called them up at my residence for maintenance of various padlocks. Their technician did the job very skillfully and charged me the least cost. So I am greatly pleased to see this practical demonstration. more

Pleasant Experience 5/24/2010

The locksmith that helped me was very polite. I know I was already somehow irritating because I kept on asking questions while he was working. He was very patient and he answered each of my questions pleasantly. When he finished his work, I checked on the locks and they were very nicely done. No scratches on the door. No damages whatsoever. The thing I liked most about him was his attitude. It’s not always that you encounter people like him. more

Experienced 5/22/2010

This locksmith has been such an improvement over the last guy I used. My old locksmith damaged my front door trying to install a new lock and I wound up having to pay to get it fixed along with the lock install. Well, after having this company over at my home to install 2 new deadbolts I will never use anyone else again. The locksmith from Expert really knew what he was doing and did a very clean job on the install and I really like the brass locks that he put in. My new locks look great in my house and I could not be happier with the way the job turned out. This is definitely a great company with experienced technicians. more

This company is one that I would definitely recommend to friends and family. They provided me with great customer service that was 10 times better than anything I have used in the past. It is very nice when someone from the companies office called to let me know that the locksmith is running late or just to follow up. The work was done quickly, it was just two new locks that needed to be installed on an apartment I have been renting out. A few hours after everything was done the locksmiths office called me again to make sure that I was happy with the work. This company made me believe in real, honest customer service that I thought had disappeared long ago. Keep up the good work. more

I called Expert and was pleased to find myself talking to an informative person on the phone who helped me feel more relaxed and less anxious. Best Locksmiths 5/15/2010

Looking for locksmiths who are as good and as cheap as them is hard. It’s either you’ll get a very cheap locksmith but will scam you, or you get a good locksmith with prices like gold. Good thing I found these locksmiths. They are very skillful. They arrived quickly, and most of all, they are cheap! Nothing else can beat these people. more

NY Loc Locksmiths 5/14/2010

This companies fast work and knowledge of ignition keys got me running again when the dealer couldn't. I called the Chevy dealer and they told me to bring the car in and it might take a day or two. Not happening I had to get to work in the morning and it was around 5pm on Sunday. Expert came to my house on a Sunday night and cut me the ignition key on the spot. It was cheaper than the dealer and I got back on the road within 2 hours of calling them. Far beats the dealer in service and price. I hope I don't lose my ignition key again but if I do then I would definitely give Expert a call 1st. more
