Real Problem 1/10/2008

I had my taxes done here in 2005, and am still dealing with the repercussions. I now have hired a CPA to fix it. They allowed me to take incorrect deductions. My current CPA had to override his software to recreate the mistakes made at this H & R block. It has cost me a lot of money and since they are not open for most of the year, it is very difficult to contact them if you have problems. I would not recommend this office! more

small office, good service 5/20/2005

This branch opened up a few months before Tax time. It's in a small mall on Willow and has very few people working there. The lady who did my taxes seemed meticulous. I dropped off my papers and she called me with questions. Although she was slow, i cannot complain about her filing. It was proper and on time for submission. Basically I just dropped my papers and went another day to sign and file. They could definitely do better with their office and provide ample seating but it's a good start. more
