They took over video factory store & became rude and obnoxious overnight....My Video Factory card was no longer good, and they had me sigh up all over again. What a pain!\r \r Now they are closed and out of business. Thank goodness for the nearby neighborhood 88 video store on seneca street. Cons: Now out of business - were expensive anyways more
