Pathetic and careless. 6/1/2007

If you plan for ITIN filing, stay away. \r If you want to file for multiple state IT return, stay away.\r If you are filing tax for the first time in this country, stay away.\r Not just this office..even the seasonal EL Toro office is bad. I dont want to take names but they seem to talk as if they know everything but they will be hopeless and careless. Infact, they misplaced my IT returns for the first time. Just now i came to hear that they didnt file my ITIN application for spouse...further, they have already charged me 150 USD. So pls stay away and do yourselves a big favor. more

Good availabitlity - poor service 6/2/2005

H and R Block of Mission Veijo offers a service that can be utilized according to your schedule. There are many people available to assit you as along as you make an appointment ahead of time. This was a great selling point for me because I have a heavy calendar, however once I realized their service was not up to par, this selling point no longer mattered to me. When my taxes where done, I was not convinced that the correct amount of money was being returned to me. I took it to another tax return company and found I was correct. There were many areas that could have been researched better and my refund was doubled. more
