They will not stand behind their work! Never go here it is very unprofessional. I sat there explaining my problem and how they screwed up my taxes the year before. She look at me and said "yah that?s right you will have to pay a penalty for our mess up, Oh hang on I need to go smoke", really? I am currently seeking legal actions on these H&R Blockheads.
