Someone named Ms. Fleming did our taxes for us. She was polite and answered all our questions. There were times when i interruped whatever she was saying and she just stopped talking to listen to me. She didn't show the slightest hint of irritation. I plan on going back next year. Pros: great customer service Cons: prices more
