HPC Import Salvage

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Bought a engine harness on ebay- FALSE ADVERTISING! It said the harness was for an automatic but when my mechanic put it in, it was missing the connector needed. When I called, they had horrible service. They left me on hold and forgot about me so I had to call back. Then this uptight ebay manager guy said that the part was NOT WRONG when I specifically told him what was missing! Not to mention the website said 90 day warranty on ALL PARTS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER! PAID 250.00 for something that isnt useful! SHAME ON YOU HPC!!! more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! they seem to have a lot of honda parts but tell you they will put a brand new part in but end up putting a used part in. they only have a 2 bay garage so they barely have time to work on everybodys car. they put my car off for 3 weeks now tellin me they are going to work on it and still havent touched it because theybdont have time... when they specifically told me my car would be done the week i brought it up there. horrible place they do not go from their word and will do whatever it takes to get your car out of this shop. NOT RECOMENDED!!! SALVAGE YARD TOO! more

Not good service ... I paid $200 for a radiator, and I was told everything else was fine. I got about 3 miles down the road, and my car overheated again. I questioned if it didn't mess up the new radiator they just put in. When they looked at it, they claimed I need a new engine. I bought the new engine and advised them I want new hoses and new belts. They also agreed to put a new clutch into my car for more money and replaced seals and other small things for another $200 on top of the amount for the clutch. It's total cost was around $1700. When I got my car back, I drove it 80 miles and notice it starting to over heat again. Relatives showed me a leak on the radiator hose and told me the hoses were not brand new as Honda Parts Connection advised. HPC paid for the hose, but it made me start doubting their service. A few days later an engine light came on, and they fixed it stating it was no big deal. Another week goes by and my car over heats and needs to be towed to HPC. My motor has a clicking sound in it. I'm not feeling comfortable with my own car now, and I'm still very upset that they are not able to prove the mileage of my motor and upset that they refused to get me another motor when I told them I didn't like the new motor. more

i paid 600 dollars for a engine from these people i had a issue about some vacum linestook it over there and they said it was fixed got 2 miles down the road the engine light came on and the car started running rough again turned around went back and they said there wasnt much they could for me,i know just the engine is under warranty but after spending 600 dollars they could have done more, i will never use them again, they have lost me as a customer more

I SAVED A LOT OF MONEY BUYING PARTS FROM HPC. THEIR SERVICE WAS GREAT AND FAST. IF YOU NEED HONDA OR ACURA PARTS, GO TO HPC! more

They are honest and helpful. I called looking for a discontinued part. They said they had it and it was a $20 part. When I arrived there they helped me retrieve the part (That was in great condition) they billed me the $20 + tax as promised. I am very happy I would defiantly use them again. more

According to honda parts connection my part was shipped last week Wednesday, but after calling today Monday the part just shipped today, after they told me the part would be here by Monday at the latest. I am very unhappy with there service and the people taking calls were rude and not willing to upgrade my shipping. Do Not Order from this company. Pros: Said they had my part Cons: Shipping slow as part has still not come more
