My dentist no longer took my insurance a few yrs back and it was quite a struggle to find a dentist that I felt comfortable going to. I tried Aspen Dental, and it was a horror story to say the least - starting w/the application asking me how much I earned per month & how often I get paid!!?!?! They never saw me again, though they did attempt to bill me, what a joke. Needless to say - those days are gone - Boston Dental is how I remember an office running, like when I was a little girl & actually loved going......ahh, so glad to be back in a happy place! more

I have been going to Boston Dental for over 10 years now and i love that i still have the same dental hygenist and the same administrative staff greeting me each time. It feels like home and everyone knows me by my first name. I always receive friendly and timely service. more

I went in for a root canal after letting my cavity/sore tooth go WAY to long. The dentist who worked on me was absolutely fabulous and walked me through everything without grossing me out. He also didn't lecture me on letting my tooth get that bad, which I really appreciated. Everyone in the front office was great as well. They are all so friendly and helpful it really put my mind at ease. I had a billing problem and they were able to take care of it while i was having my procedure. I can not say enough fret things about this office. They really changed myvmind about dentists- I'm not afraid anymore! more

I have Dental Insurance for the first time ever. I went to several other offices that were old, crowded, full of kids (don't get me wrong I love kids but...) and full waiting rooms. A friend referred Boston Dental and they were great. No wait. Digital X-Ray machines. Professional Staff. I only needed a cleaning but I'm comfortable going back. more

Although, I live 1hr away from Boston Dental. I always look forward to going there getting my teeth clean. The Doctors and the Front desk receptionist are very friendly and welcoming that they made my commute worth going. I enjoyed each visits. more

I have been coming here for about 6 years and have always had a pleasant experience. First, patients are usually seen quickly from the time they arrive. Next, I think the hygienists do a great job (Oscar is one of my favorites) and the Dr.'s do a nice follow up at the end of the visit. I've also had a consult with one of the Dr.'s and I thought he gave me fair, unbiased and helpful advice with respect to my wisdom teeth. I did not find that they were simply looking to make a buck off of me. more

I have been going to Boston Dental for a year and I am always surprised on how wonderful my experience is. The office is very clean and professional and the staff treat you wonderfully. They use all modern technology which makes a big difference when you are at the dentist. I would highly recommend it to anyone. more

Before coming to Boston Dental, I hadn't been to a dentist for a few years. That made me nervous to go in the first place. After my initial exam, the extremely professional team got me on a treatment plan. Only a few visits later I feel ten times better about my smile and teeth! No pain at all, and everyone there is so friendly! more

Boston Dental sets a new preceedent for dentistry in Boston. 1. While location may not be everything, it is important. The office is convienently located near the Downtown Crossing T-Stop (think between the the Boston Opera House and CVS on Chauncy Street). I had no trouble finding the office and I'm pleased with how easily accessible it is. 2. The staff is considerate and well-trained. I was pleasantly surprised at first by how friendly my hygienist was. She really made my appointment fun and I didn't feel like that normal dreadful feeling I usually associate w/ being at the dentist. Later, I noticed her biography on the Boston Dental website. I was even more pleasantly surprised to find that she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Dental Program at her college and is fluent in English, French and Arabic. The other staff members and doctors boast similar high-level accomplishments in addition to friendly attitudes. 3. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable! The office is designed to make patients feel more at ease and I really felt that way. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had a cleaning and a filling done and both went extremely smoothly! My teeth are now shiny and much whiter than they were when I entered the office. I didn't have a whitening treatment performed - the cleaning was just that thorough. I have recommended Boston Dental to my friends, to my family, to my sorority sisters and to my roommates. And without hesitation, I recommend it to you. more

I have been a patient for years anmd have very good experiences-from the office staff to the hygienist (shout out to Oscar) to the dentista that have worked on me. They listes to you and explain everything. I hardly ever have a question they haven't answered (and I talk!) more

I'll be very candid here. I apologize if I come a little harsh here but it might help to make your place even better. I'd love it if patients are not required to have unnecessary procedures. I really didn't like to have x-ray done on my last visit but my hygienist required me to take one. I'm very confident that I had one done there just about a year ago. She said she couldn't locate it. I think it is important to listen to customers and what they want. The office setting is overall very nice with nice equipments. It'd be better if the suggestions on #13 above are looked into. more
