I cannot say enough good things about Birmingham Family Dental and the staff. I stumbled upon Dr. Swicord when I had a horrible tooth ache one week-end 5 years ago. To have such a great dentist that is also available on the week-ends demonstrates his high level of care and concern. Has been my primary dentist ever since! Highly recommend! more

Birmingham Family Dental Services is the friendliest dental clinic I have ever been to. I had a dental emergency on a Saturday and was seen immediately by Dr. Swicord. For my initial visit and several follow up visits, I feel I received excellent dental care. The office staff is super helpful and called to check on me often for Dr. Swicord. I would recommend this clinic to EVERYONE. My husband is now also a patient there. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Dr. Swicord was an answer to prayers during a great time of need. Thank you!!! more

Wonderful experience! I broke a tooth on something in my food, and was such panic. Someone rec Birmingham Family Dental. They took care of me that same afternoon, even though they were busy. Everyone was so nice, ecpecially the front desk explaining my insurnce copay. I was so glad I found this place. They are my dentist now! more

Bad customer service 2/17/2012

I called this dental service cause my daughter woke up with a swollen jaw, possibly from tooth. This was the worst ideal i had for the day. Lydia (front desk clerk) was rude and shoved a clipboard at my chest The signs on the outside of the clinic says "walk-ins welcome, emergency accecpted".I guess those statements are true as long as Lydia is not working the counter that day. I am pregnant and wasn't expecting to be verbally and physically assualted. I wouldn't recommend this office to my worst enemy. Take your time and look for a better dental office than this one.
