Been a member for 5 months and no complaints. ive lost some weight and gained a lot more energy. Staff here is always helpful and nice. best part is all the positive energy. I would totally recommend to a friend. more

I've been a member for 3 years. The downtown location is so convenient and free parking is available right near the gym. The staff has always been helpful and a friendly greeting is usually what you can expect when you walk in the door. The facilities are clean, the equipment is in good condition, its never over crowded and there are plenty of options for changing up your workouts. The cardio theater is always kept nice and cool and sometimes is a nice option when you need something to take your mind off of the burn. My endurance for cardio has improved while I catch up on the movie of the day. I've seen significant results since I've started strength training at the encouragement of the incredibly knowledgeable personal trainer. My body feels stronger, lighter and my measurements show proof that its working. I will absolutely continue to recommend Hollywood fitness to my friends. more

I joined Hollywood Fitness back in 2011. The new location is much more appealing and kept very clean! The employees are all friendly and provide excellent service! I enjoy working on the cardio machines, I have been able to increase my work outs and get the results I've been working towards, such as gaining muscle. I have recommended this gym to my friends to help improve their lifestyles and I would recommend Hollywood Fitness to anyone that is looking for a gym that is not like the rest of the big box gyms!\r more

This place is nothing but a scam! I never signed up for a membership, just went in to attemp to recruite someone into the Army and next thing I know, I have a membership that someone signed me up for 6 months after I PCS'ed and go fig there is no one avaiable to resolve the issue! Dont trust them, dont go there, just stay away! more

Hollywood fitness is the worst gym I have ever been to. when I went half the machines were either broken or very dirty. the staff was NEVER there at all..they boast about being 24hours so you can come in even when there is no one working.. well its surprising when you actually see someone workign there) they double charged me on multiple occasions and I had to call several times for them to refund me then when I tried canceling I could only go into the gym to do so but how can I cancel when no one is there? I ended up canceling my card they had on file and to this day they say my account is not closed and I owe a balance. this has has happened to several friends of mine as well\r more

Club Hollywood are absolute crooks. I signed up for 3 months trial period and cancelled before the end of the 3 months to get out of the contract and get my initial fee back. I would have been happy to stay but their selection of workout classes was limited in type and time available. They kept on promising that more classes ""would be added soon"". I was told for 6 months they were mistakenly taking my money out of my account each month. After 9 months they at least put my account on ""hold"" until they had the classes I wanted to take, meaning they weren't charging me monthly anymore, but they still wouldn't give me the prior 6 months worth of payments or my initial fee. They stole about $350 by the end of it. It's not worth any of their ""too good to be true"" deals. It's been 2 years and I checked to see if they had a better selection of workout classes, and they are still very limited. Great location, but definitely crooks. more

they will steal your money, i moved a way to school and they still won't let me out of my agreemant even though they said it wouldn't be a problem. eff them!!!!! more

I joined this gym and told them that we might be moving across country in a few months. They assured me I wouldn't have a problem getting out of my contract and we joined. When my husband was transferred, we tried for months to get out of our gym contract. We provided them with information proving we were moving and we were assured everything was fine, then we would be charged AGAIN our membership fee. This has been going on for 5 months. We have paid $300 for a membership while we aren't even in the state. We have talked to them endlessly, jumped through all their ridiculous obstacles (signing papers in person, providing documentation, sending faxes) and they still won't let us out of the contract. They are CROOKS. Do not join this gym- you will be sorry. more
