HOLLAND POOLS AND SPAS, LLC

I hope you find this review before, and not after you signed a contract with Holland. Here are a few things you should know.\r \r 1- 100% of your pool will be built by subcontractors (i counted 11) most of which have no desire to talk to the homeowner. You are really not dealing with Holland. Everything from the digging company, to the person who gives you the ""pool school"" will be a different company.\r 2- Expect delays in construction. Take the estimated time and double it.\r 3- Holland does not pay the subcontractors in time and the subs can (and in my case did) initiate proceedings to collect from homeowner. (Even after homeowner paid pool in full). 4- Your project manager will only show up to collect progress payments. \r 5-Service calls will be answered by voicemail and take over a week to respond. \r \r Very disappointed. more

I would NOT recomend Holland pools. We had them build our pool and spa at the end of 2009. We've had 4 leaks,the spa heater was repaired 3 times and still seldom worked properly. The pavers around the pool have sunken spots all over (the paver company told me it was my imagination) . I left a message for Mr. Holland on his personal voicemail, which I assume is there to make you feel he's available, but he never retured my call. Poor workmanship, poor service.\r M. Webb more

I cannot recommend Holland Pools and Spas, yes the pool works but the people in the office are only interested in getting sales. They built my pool and when it came to repairing the stains in the pool interior finish and the cracks in the pool deck, it was only after the threat of lawsuit did they finally send out their person who examines the work to be done, that time took a month! and after another month did the pool finally get the stains removed at an additional cost of 15,000 gallons of water. After the second month the pool deck contractor is supposedly coming to examine the work. This 3 months out of the pool at the end of the season takes alot of time out f my physical exercise. The warrantee efforts could be better done by corpses. Since in their minds Final payment releases them of timely warrantee obligation, I would not hire them again more

Wow! you guys were great! I was recommended by one of my friends that had a pool built by you guys but it was much more then what I expected. My designer was fantastic, my construction supervisor Gator was the bomb, all the workers had Holland Pool shirts on and and were very polite and their workmanship was the best. From the beginning with your design consultant who designed my pool and was the most experienced, prompt and his design blew all other companies away to the construction team that installed my pool deck and screen in less then 30 day. I didn't believe it but it was for real! My pool looks great and for Floridian workers I though I my pool was being built by the military they were incredible and organized! WOW! HATS OFF TO YOU HOLLAND POOLS! more

You guys are the bomb! the best in Florida! I cant thank you enough Mike Holland for delivering a great pool just in time for my daughters birthday. Wow! I interviewed a lot of pool companies and was really undecided but I know now I made the right choice! HOLLAND POOLS ALL THE WAY! You were the most professional of all the companies I interviewed. Your designer was top knotch and preformed magic with that 3D program and your supervisor Jerod was the best and very polite. All your crews were dressed in Holland uniforms and were great and there work was sensational! I cant thank you enough to all that work so hard at Holland Pools to make my little baby's dream come true! LOVE YOU GUYS! more

I did a lot of research before choosing a pool company. My Designer was extremely knowledgable and helped me to design the perfect pool for my backyard. The construction team was great and the building process was so well scheduled. My pool has been completed for about a year now and I just can't say enough wonderful things about Holland Pools! more

I contracted Holland to build my pool. I looked around and found many worthy builders but my pool was not just your average backyard pool. I must say working with Holland was a pleasure. more
