I have always found appointments are easy to make and the time is usually prompt and close to the estimate of what was given. Also they advise me on what I need to think about servicing next. more

They always provide me "no nonsense" service. They tell you the problem(s) of the car, their recommendations of solutions to the issue(s), and then fix them; they don't try to oversell you. They're always able to schedule me within a few days of my calling, and if the matter is urgent - as it has been before - they can get me in the same day. more

We could not be more pleased with the service from H & I. Spencer and his crew are the best! Our car has had some issues in the past couple of years and H & I has taken care of them promptly. Could not be more pleased with the performance of our car now. We would recommend them highly to anyone looking for an affordable repair shop where the job is done right. more

More than just an oil change. 5/21/2015

Went in for an oil change and they alerted us a brake light was out and we had 400 miles left on warranty. Took it to a Chevy dealer this am and it would have cost us $331 but because H & I noticed this, they saved us money. Light fixed under warranty-thank you!!! more

  • H&I Automotive recently opened its doors to its Gilbert, AZ, location to better deliver the same great auto repair and detailing services as our Mesa location. We genuinely care about our customers and believe in taking care of them from the beginning of the process to the end. Our ASE Certified Technicians will always keep you informed of any repairs before we make them. We also perform preventative maintenance, tire rotations, and oil changes, as well as major repairs like brakes, check engine lights, and engine repairs.
