If I could give less than 1 star, I would. They were late, showed up with additional labor we were charged for, then fell through a wall and won't fix it after to promising to make the repair themselves. We have called them for two weeks with no response. They claim to treat you as family... Hmmm... glad they are not my family. more

UNPROFESSIONAL 9/5/2011

DO NOT USE Happy 2 Help Services. They were supposed to arrive at my house almost 3 hours ago and still have not shown up. I've been texted to say that the truck is having issues and a mechanic is looking at it. Shouldn't they have checked it before the morning of the move? When I call to get more info they don't pick up and the voicemail box is full. Instead of calling back I get a text back that says ""waiting on mechanic, will let you know."" Rent a truck, take care of your customer. Pick up the phone and apologize. This whole process has been totally UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE. more
