RUN FROM This h2o company they cost us thousands! Sales talked us into replacing an older system that WAS WORKING for a modern more efficient unit. Totally promised better water & less product usage. It had never worked right since the day they installed it. Over half a dozen repeated appointments to “tweak” the system at 250.00 a pop and still nothing but issues. Their last visit was supposed to be a “senior tech” who told us that they no longer sell the unit that they sold us SURPRISE, and tried to sell us another new model that he states “they are happy with”. Head this warning and hire another company! We wound up going with another company who took care of all our water problems in two visits one to see what we were up against and the other to install and walk away! Granted we had to shell out more money to rip out the junk h2o suckered us into buying and have a WORKING unit installed! Yeah h2o your laughing all the way to the bank… what comes around goes around! more

H2O salesman and technicians were professional,friendly and courteous, they did not try and sell us unneeded equipment as another company tried to do to treat our iron and manganese problem.They took the time to explain all the options, cost and maintenance. I highly recommend H2O for any water issues you may be having. more

H2O is an excellent company. I have been a customer for many years and I would never use another water company. H2O has serviced my equipment each year, and has always been honest, professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. The last technican who came to my home found that there were some issues with clogged parts in my Neutralizer. He explain why he needed to change the parts, reviewed the cost which was very reasonable, and made everything make sense to me. H2O has also replaced my pump in the past. When I had no water they rushed out only a few hrs later. I tell family, friends, even acquaintances about H2O, thats how confident I am that you will have a great experience. more

I have been a customer of H2O for years now, and I am very happy with their service. Recently when I called for my annual service, the staff was always extremely pleasant, which you don't hear every day, and they scheduled my appointment right away. The technician that came to our home was professional, very knowledgeable on my equipment and answered questions that I had about my water. He was very thorough and respectful. I would recommend H2O to anyone because of their timely service, and pleasant and knowledgeable staff. more

I had the pleasure of dealing with a totally professional & competent water company this past week. Our water has been getting progressively worse over the past year (rust stains & hardness taste) so at my wife's insistence I called H2o Equipment Co. in East Hampton. They sent out one of their Senior water consultants to test our water and to discuss what would be our best plan of action. What set him apart from every one else is that he took the time and had the knowledge to discuss all the equipment on the market to help us make the right decision for our house and BUDGET. So different from the other 4 companies we talked to that just told us their product was the best. Needless to say H2o installed a new system in the same professional manner. We now have great tasting water and no more stains. More importantly my wife is happy again. If you have a water issue or problem you MUST TALK TO THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE GREAT. more

We were new to the area and wanted our current water system checked , cleaned etc. Being from the city we did not know much about water systems of any kind. They came out and told us our existing system was not working properly and conned us into a new VERY Ridiculously expensive system. I have since found out it is just a softener........That's all it does. We thought we purchasing a product to keep our water safe and clean (not just soft). I could have bought a softener for literally a tenth of what they charged us. Not only that but they left all the garbage (debris, salt bags etc...) and parts to my old system in the basement, left dangling wires conected on a oultet strip just hanging. Worst service and prices I have ever seen!! We complained to the company and their answer was- we will give you 2 free bags of salt (which they never did, by the way). What a joke! I WOULD NEVER EVER USE THEM again. I had my unit cleaned this year by a very affordable, helpful courteous company this year- NOT H2o Equipment!!!!! Pros: None at all Cons: Price, trusability, workmanship, service, conflict resolution etc..... more
