We knew about H&L Plumbing because Jimmy Larson is a longtime friend of my daughter's. However, this was our first experience using their service. They installed a senior tub for my parents and got the installation done quickly and efficiently. I appreciated that the workers were nice and polite. They were very considerate of my elderly parents, who were in the home during the 3-day installation. H&L Plumbing also was very tidy, keeping the door shut when they were ripping everything out so that no dust got in the house. They really kept the noise and dirt down, which we appreciated. I am a general contractor and first started using Jim's service when he was the foreman for a different plumbing company. When he left, I followed him, and have been using H&L Plumbing ever since as my primary plumber. H&L Plumbing does the plumbing work for my projects, which are about 90 percent residential and 10 percent commercial. I like that he deals with me directly and we get things done. I do not have to speak to someone different every time I call. Jim also is extremely knowledgeable. His level of knowledge of plumbing is way above normal. He is the guy to go to if you want to find out what you need and what is good for your project. Right now, H&L Plumbing is working on at least 2 projects for me.
