This company is very unprofessional. I had them scheduled to meet my realtor. They did not call her when they were on the way. The owner made rude comments about me not having any...

This company is very unprofessional. I had them scheduled to meet my realtor. They did not call her when they were on the way. The owner made rude comments about me not having any common sense. He entered the locked home through the garage without permission and left. He then proceeded to raise his voice with me on the phone. It was so shady he asked for cash only. RUN!! more

Your technicians were cheerful, friendly and professional in the face of a daunting task. They worked really hard and they were terrific. The job was very intense - given truly horrid working conditions. Your employees gave good attention to detail and kept me informed all day. I appreciate them very much more

They are the best. They are very thorough, arrive when scheduled and leave me a wonderful clean home. My bathrooms are always PERFECT! The floors shine and I never smell any chemicals at all. Wow! What a crew! I especially like that I don`t have to be there when they arrive or leave and I never have to ask for anything to be done, they always seem to know what I need. I am very pleased. For me the hardest part is just remembering to write the check. Thank you so much for your excellent staff and service. more

His Carpet Cleaning exceeded my expectations. I was unemployed due to the economy so I had to stop service. Believe me, I missed them very much. Well now I have a new career and I am so excited to start again. I can`t tell you what a great feeling it is to come home to a clean and nice house. more

There are three different techniques we use to rectify your pet odor situation, depending on what we feel has the highest chance of success, but they all have several things in common. - We apply a urine stain remover and high breed enzyme. - We hot water extract the infected area at 230 degrees (boiling water is 212 degrees). - We apply a urine stain remover and high breed enzymes again (not available in stores, commercial use only). In most cases those three steps resolve the issue. However, if the stain is deeper we can take additional steps to resolve the problem. more
