H & H Diesel Svc

As I've said in the past, I work for a Ford Dealership and would never take my own vehicle back, at the Dealership your vehicle is just a job but at H&H they care about your vehicle and about satisfying you, Job done right the first time I do a lot of traveling and tow a 27ft trailer with complete confidence that with the service done at H&H I can make it to my destination with no problems. H&H Diesel was a very trusted and reliable source of service , parts , and information for my Dad also named Jim Burnett who drove for Supreme Dairy years ago. I would watch Him work on his own 1985 Ford Diesel and ask how He new what the heck He was doin ? He would just its no big deal I talked to the guys at H & H Diesel . They sold me the parts and told me how to do it . He heard about H & H through R E Eck Mail Contractors (our neighbors). Well long story short .... Cancer took my dad from me Dec. first of 2000. ALL the advice I got from him , came from u folks at H & H . So thats why I come to H & H. I know I can trust 100% any advice I may ask from Sam or the Mech. Jerry that works on truck or any one there that it will be the right advice !!! I don't have my dad now . But I have H & H DIESEL . Thank you for all you do Sam , Jerry , Chris (the guy that rebuilds the injector pumps ) and everyone else there that makes your shop a success !!!! From the bottom of my heart thank you . Your $ is a little high in these times! Maybe have the one working on the truck come out and walk you through issues that he has found during the time working on it. Fixed my issue from service done before with no issues. Thanks H&H more

Each time I need services from H & H, I am comfortable that my problem and scenario of symptoms is understood at the time I drop off. I always get a timely call after analysis to finalize any work to be done...and then at pick up I get a well written explanation of everything done as well as an opportunity to ask questions. I never feel any pressure and I am always pleased with the work. I won't take my Diesel Truck anywhere else. more
