First of all, let me say that the service that was performed was great. With that being said, I feel that the guy could have been on time with the appointment. He was about 15 minutes late and I plan out every minute of my day! So I wasn’t thrilled about that! Good thing the guy was done faster than the hour he guessed it would take him, so I guess there was no harm done. more

How can i be mad at my pup? 4/9/2011

Great service guys! All done in minutes and I am happily on my way (no, not to bury my dog for locking the door from the inside) But to pick up a chew toy for him. How could anyone be angry at a locked car door when a puppy is all happy to see you, wagging his tail every time you look in the window, wondering why it is that you don’t let him out to run around and play! more

Bring your game face! 3/23/2011

Man was I mad when I locked the keys in the ignition. I could see them through the window and just couldn’t get the door opened. So i used my trusty mytouch 4g and found these guys. called them and there were here in 20 minutes. I was on my way in 30. I was still upset, but not because of these guys at all. more

You have no idea how easy it is to break a car key. Just know that it is very easy!! And if you have a newer car, expect to pay 200+. I thought these guys were trying to take me for a ride when they told me the price, but after calling a few places, turns out that they were the cheapest! So I ended up using them and wasting about 2 hours in between. But all in all, they gave me the best price and they were done in a matter of 30 minutes. more

I called these guys to help me open a safe. They said that they may have to destroy the thing to get in. I was hoping to avoid that. But they ended up sending out a "safe specialist" and it took him like an hour and a half, but he was able to open it up without destroying it. They were able to give me a new combination also. It sure wasn't cheap, but it was better than spending a few thousand on a new safe. Overall, I'm happy with the service that they provided and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality locksmith. more

Awesome service provided! 1/31/2011

When the tech arrived, I wasn't sure if he was trying to overcharge me, but the guy was more than happy to wait for me to get in touch with my husband before he did anything. It took him 10 minutes to get back to me, but it was all good. My hubby even said that he expected it to be more! But all was good and the service was performed wonderfully. I highly recommend these guys... more

Ask and ye shall receive! Well, I asked, and I received. I just didn't want to pay. but I guess there were no disclaimers back in biblical times, huh? Not that these guys were expensive. If anything, they were moderately priced. And the service was good. All I can say is that they are happy to help if you ever need a locksmith that is dependable. more

killer service! 1/8/2011

I couldn't help to think that i wouldn't find a way to open my car in the middle of the night. But as I would soon find out, there are 24 hour locksmiths available! I found these guys on my phone and tried to call. Ended up being pretty painless. It cost me about about a hundred bucks and that was okay by me. Especially at 2 in the morning! more

just amazing! 12/30/2010

I was somewhat aggravated when i found out that my ex decided to toss my car keys down the sewer. But, like a trooper, I kept my cool as i watched her drive away laughing. luckily, a friend of mind had the number for these guys still in his phone. He made the call for me and they got here in like an hour and made me a new key. I'm pretty happy about the whole scenario. The tech was fast and my ex made most of the car payments anyway. lol so i was okay buying a new key for the truck! :D more

Overall, really good! 12/13/2010

Last night I had to call up these guys and have them let me into my truck. I thought the keys were gone and when they came out they were ready to make me a new key. But luckily the tech saw them on the floor, and i ended up saving like two hundred bucks. I'm glad that the tech was honest and didn't hide the key that was on the floor. lol. more

prompt and courteous! 11/15/2010

Whatever the case, these people are here and I know I can rely on them to do the job right. I needed co call them once to have them make a new key for my car and they were fast then. But about 3 months later, I needed them to come out and install a new lock in my apt and they were happy to work around my schedule. They brought a selection of locks for me to choose from. They explained the differences and I ended up having them install a Multi-Lock. One of the most secure locks on the market! They were also done relatively fast. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a locksmith. -T more
