HC Services came last minute, it wasn't an emergency but pretty darn close, and he took the time to figure out what the real problem was. He worked as quickly as he could to rectify the problem and came out twice to take care of it. They did a good job and I was real pleased. more

HC Services is very professional. They get done what needs to get done right away. When I call them, that same day I get service done--no matter how late it is. I think it has been two years now that I've been with them. I wouldn't change my guy for anyone else. Mark himself does the work. Sometimes he will have somebody with him. They are all very professional people. They let us know what's going on and they let us know how much it is going to cost before it's done. Everything is done professionally every time. If you want work done professionally, this is the person to use. Mark is a trustworthy person. more

Fair and upfront service. 9/30/2013

HC Services has dealt with several issues for me. I don't remember all of the details, but the service has always been good. I'm familiar with them and the work they do. They're fair as far as their pricing goes. I trust them to give me a fair evaluation of the problem and give a very fair price. more

Quick and easy. 8/29/2013

Mark from HC Services found a faulty transformer on one of my two units and changed it out. The thing that stuck out and that I really liked was the fact that he had a replacement part available in his vehicle, so it was a relatively quick and easy fix after the initial troubleshooting. He didn't have to go someplace and get the part from a supply house or whatever. more

HC Services came out and checked the system. They installed it many years ago. They said that it needed freon, and that it was still working but should be replaced soon. They gave me a quote on replacing it. They were cordial. more

They replaced an air conditioner for me. It was already in and going within three or four days of my first call to them. They had very prompt service. They were recommended to me by my daughter, she had work done by them and she is very hard to please. more

Affordable, Effiecent, Easy, and Fast 8/31/2012

I have a fourplex with four units and HC Services did the installation and troubleshooting. They have also done the recharging and any other service the A/C units have required. Mark is the person who usually helps me. He is flexible, quick, and proficient. more

Well, HC Services installed the air conditioning equipment for me when they built my home, and they have serviced it since then. If I need anything, I can call them, and they come out in half a day. They're out almost immediately. They take care of my problems promptly, and they do it right. I don't know what else you could need in a company. more

HC Services runs preventative maintenance and repairs on our industrial HC units here in San Marcos. I have been using them for about 2 years with the company as part of our contract, and I know that they have been using their services for at least 5 years. They are very responsive. They were out here and did work for us on the 4th of July. They are there when you need them. more

Great first experience 6/14/2012

HC Services is a very professional service, the technician explained in detail what the problem was and was very knowledgeable about the system. He took the time to teach me about why the system was working or not. So far, I have only used them for an initial service call and it was great, but it's difficult to gauge their array of services based off one call. However, thus far, it has been a very good experience. more

I was very pleased w/ the service and the cost of my new heating unit. they also caught a couple of things no one had ever mentioned to me and we fixed those at the same time which will help my gas bill. i would highly recommend them to anyone that wanted to get their money's worth, and get it done right and fast. very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. what more can you ask for? s.priddy more

Outstanding 9/21/2011

HC Services are very reliable. Our AC units are up in the attic and very difficult to get to. Not only that the filter is very large. They come out about every six months, climb into the crawl space and change the filter for a very reasonable price. They also check the unit to make sure everything is running well. I highly recommend them. They are honest and won't try and over sell you. more

Very fast, very good, and everything works great! 5/31/2011

HC Services was very good. These guys were great! I've had no problems with them. They came out because of a warranty item. I belong to an extended warranty for home owners, but they pretty much blamed it on me, so I ended up paying for it. I couldn't take advantage of the extended warranty because it was my fault, but other than that I was happy with the service. I accepted responsibility for it, had HC Services come out and fix it, and it works fine. They were really good, and everything works great. They were also very fast, and did it all in the same day. more
