We've used this kennel twice so far and are very happy with their kennel and services. They pipe music and some type of doggie incense into the kennels to keep the dogs calm. Each cage has access to the outside; and at least once a day they let the dogs out into the big open area for them to run free and play. \r \r Our dogs have come home from other kennels totally neurotic to the point they won't eat for a couple days. \r \r WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Pros: Dogs always come back home happy Cons: None so far more
