Honest & prompt 12/20/2016

Had a warning light, so vehicle won't smog until the light was cleared. Figured we'd be paying for some extra work, before we could obtain our smog certificate. Well, the warning light cleared once there was air in the tires!! No charges for figuring out why our light was on. By end of the day, we had our smog certificate! more

Honest, quality work 11/17/2016

Came to GWS because my other mechanic told me they wouldn't be able to work on my truck for two weeks due to people taking vacations. Told GWS what was going on with my truck. They then scheduled my truck for repair for the next day. Brought my truck in and they opted to confirm the problem the vehicle was having, no charge to me, before they fixed it. Truck was fixed that day, and they saved me about $800 from the quote the previous mechanic had quoted me at. They will have my business going forward. more

convenient location and pleasant customer service 8/10/2016

The staff took special care with my car. Because of the design where the oil filter is located I have, in the past, had oil dripping from the frame onto my garage floor. The technicians made a special effort to clean off the frame so this wouldn't happen. There is no oil on my garage floor! more
