She's my doctor so I didn't realize that she has a medical spa so I would look it up to see what her information was and what people thought of her. She's really my doctor on and off for about 30 years. I like her, she's very nice. I've been in and out of Cincinnati so it's like I use her whenever I live in Cincinnati and then I don't so I don't have a consistent history with her. She's always been bad with punctuality but she was better that she used to be.\r more

This is my first year with her and she's very good and thorough. I have some health issues and she's always rather punctual, thorough and nice. I've been very satisfied with her. She's extremely thorough. She extremely nice people on her staff. It's a small, clean office. There are times she has me come in early because she knew I would take extra time.\r more

The office is nice, clean, very professional staff. I was met by a very friendly lady named Mary, she was the service provider,very professional, caring, she explained how hair grows, the procedure and the cost. She told me I would have to dedicated to stick to the schedule and she worked with Dr. Guzman to personalize my treatment plan (found a combination of things that worked best for me). She was EXCELLENT!!! Very encouraging and it paid off!! I stuck to the plan and I am now hair free. Mary is great, she made me feel comfortable!\r more
