The guys at Guy and Son are just great. This is a small, family owned business tucked back into a lot on West Van Buren. They give you the honest truth about costs. If they think you should not spend the money, they will tell you. I have used them more than once and their prices a much more reasonable than the big body shops. The staff are very friendly. They performed free touch up and gave my car back on time. I have a Peral White car, which is very tough to color-match, but Guy & Sons did the best matching I have found so far. I highly recommend this shop. Pros: Very friendly and excellent workmanship more

The staff are extremely friendly and professional - I ran into a customer on my first visit to their office who had been bringing her car to Guy for over fourteen years. A business that can maintain relationships for that period of time is impressive, and guarantees a certain degree of reputability. I am a complete novice at auto mechanics and everything to do with that sort of thing, but this dealership was willing to take me by the hand, so to speak, and walk me through what needed to be done. My repairs were relatively minor - a dent in my bumper and a broken side-view mirror. Therefore I cannot personally attest to their ability for large-scale repairs and towing services, but based on what I saw during my visit, the speed at which they completed my repairs, the competence of the staff and the professional manner in which they kept records and gave me estimates, I have every reason to believe that they are among the best at their job.
