INCOMPETENT!!!! The worst doctor i've ever been to! Very RUDE & NASTY to his patients and employees! My husband had a second degree skin tear on his leg after falling onto a dirty outdoor step. The doctor applied a cream, but never irrigated or cleaned the wound. He also instructed him to leave the same dirty dressing on for a week before changing. It was bloody and wet and against the open wound. We now are dealing with an infected leg! I will NEVER go back and would like people to know the TERRIBLE care they will receive there. Dr. Novak obviously knew nothing about wound care or bedside manner! | more

I went to this doctor because I was breaking out with some type of hives or skin eruptions. He very matter of fact said it was a staph infection; prescribed antibiotics and sent me home. He said it was infectious. My symptoms got worse so I went to ER where the attending doctor said it was definitely NOT staph but a type of viral infection and recommended I go to a dermatologist. When I went back for a referral to a dermatologist, he was very upset that I sought a second opinion and was still adamant that I had staph. Mind you he never prescribed a culture, biopsy or blood test of any kind to find out what I actually had. When he examined me he didn't get out of his chair; I felt like he was just going through the motions and wanted to get me out of his office as soon as possible and move on the next person. I WAS MORE OF AN ""INCONVENIENCE"" THAN A PATIENT that he was getting paid to treat. I would NOT recommend this doctor. I still have this condition six weeks later and per the ER doctor and the dermatologist, I DO NOT HAVE STAPH. I'm also complaining to the medical board about this doctor for his LACK OF CONCERN for me as his patient and the needless worry me and my family have endured for his lack of follow-through. more

I went here on a holiday because my regular doctor was not open. I was prescribed the wrong antibiotic for my condition. Now, six months later, I just got a call from collections, trying to collect for my visit. I presented my insurance card when served. I just found out from my insurance that a claim was never made by Novak! Now, I'm trying to call them to sort it out and have been on hold for over five minutes! more

I came @ 8:30 in the morning & there were about 4 people ahead of us. There was a another patient that came after us & was seen, I understand that they felt he needed help sooner, I get that. What I don't get is why at 10:00 am hour and a half later I am still waiting to see the Dr. He seemed very unconcerned with my daughters condition, looked at her chart put it back & went into another patients room.I do not recommend at all. When I poked my head out of the room to see if I could get some help the dr was lazily sipping on his coffee. once he saw he was caught he quickly put it down & walked right past me. REDICULOUS!!! more

Yesterday I went there they were so helpful, Dr.Novak took his time and actually helped me out. I would recommend this place! A+ Pros: Thumbs up more

I visited this clinic a while back and although the waiting room was full, I could tell the staff was trying to help people. I heard Dr. Novak yelling at people and at patients, but the doctor who helped me was Dr Walker. He was very helpful and he listened to me. He was busy, but I did not feel rushed. He had a pleasant bedside manner and he was very kind to me. He should move to a different office to work because someone else will appreciate the skills that Dr Novak has somehow overlooked. Don't go there unless Dr Walker is working. more

THE DOCTOR SHOULD NOT BE CALLED A DOCTOR.HE TREATED MY HUSBAND SO RUDE.\r MY HUSBANDS HEALTH WAS AT RISK FROM HIS DIABETES,DR NOVAK HAD NO CONCERN AND DID NOTHING.THE STAFF IS RUDE AND DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING.WE WAITED 6 HOURS AFTER THEY TOLD US IT WOULD BE 2 HOURS .THE DOCTOR SCREAMS AT THE PATIENTS AND HIS EMPLOYEES.I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 hours in the waiting room, 1 1/2 in the exam room before doctor strolled in. THERE WAS ONLY 2 OTHER PATIENTS IN THE WHOLE PLACE. Dr. Novak was to busy screaming at his employees to help patients. No bedside manor what so ever. His diagnosis was incorrect and I had to go to another facility and start over again. Never again! more

I waited almost 4 hours and the doctor was so rude!!!\r If you're urgent rather recommand to go somewhere else.\r They treat you bad!!! Pros: Thumbs down. more
