Horrible Experience 8/30/2011

A couple of weeks ago I contacted this company without checking them out on CitySeaqrch first.....well the bad reviews were true. We contacted this company and was greeted with horrible customer service, delays in getting back to us, us having to call back numerous times looking for omitted information which was requested, but then ""forgotten"" when developing a quote.... overall really bad experience and I will never use them. It was so bad I actually felt compelled to write this review so others would know. My feeling is that if it was this bad when they should have been trying to get my business, how much worse would it have been if my job was already in their building???? simply the worst. more

Gutenberg has my vendor as a buyer with 3 companies 4/15/2011

I have never had a bad experience with this company. They are honest with competative pricing. They will turn jobs in 24 hours if needed but will tell you when there schedule is tight or if they are experiencing delays. I know in this econimic climate clients tend to want service people to tell them what they want to hear and expect those services for next to nothing. Gutenberg has been a dependable vendor to me for over 15 years. more

Gutenburg's saved our bacon! 3/15/2011

After a different vendor left us hanging, we were up against a very tight deadline. Gutenburg's was able to turn our job around in less than 24 hours at a very competitive price, and we were able to ship to our client on time. We would not hesitate to reccomend them! more

Rude Service 1/6/2010

We tried using Gutenberg's but decided to go with someone else after such horrible service. They were really over priced and very rude. They acted put out by giving me a quote. I would never recommend them to anyone. Cons: Rude Service more

Lousy service followed up by a bad job 2/14/2008

We tried using these people, even though we had been warned about them. Our mistake, it certainly turned out that the rumors were true and we should have listened. After trying to run up our bill after we already had a quote for the job, and the job not pleasing our customer we have severed all ties and would caution anyone from using them. Pros: The talk a good game before they have your job. Cons: Everything from the minute you send them something. more
