All residential and 2-4 unit multi-family forms are produced using ACI software with the ability to electronically(EDI) send any completed reports in PDF with appropriate signatures. We are also registered with Appraisal Port for hassle free transfer of all residential, raw land, and 2-4 unit multi-family reports. Commercial, multi-family (more than four units), and industrial appraisals will be sent immediately after completion in a manner specified between the appraiser and the client, which could be electronically or postal.
