When I drove in to drop off my car I was met by the service manager. I asked if I had spoken to him on the phone, as I had called ahead to let them know I was coming in with my car. The manager rudely told me "no, I don't answer the phones!" Sadly, he was telling the truth, it took me 25 minutes for me to get him on the phone to find out what was wrong with my car. I can go elsewhere, pay less and be treated MUCH better!
