Can Always get in for service. 10/17/2015

Just got four new tires. I had priced them at another tire shop and they beat their price and showed me why my tires were wearing so bad. they will take other dealers coupons. more

Nice place, but I was not impressed...other customers were in and out and somehow I had an appointment for 8:30AM and did not leave until 12:30PM more

When i called at Friday to make an appointment somebody answered we are totally booked. When i did set up an appointment by internet at the same day evening the computer showed me about seventy percent open time to make an appointment for Saturday. more

Rude, poor service! 8/23/2015

When I drove in to drop off my car I was met by the service manager. I asked if I had spoken to him on the phone, as I had called ahead to let them know I was coming in with my car. The manager rudely told me "no, I don't answer the phones!" Sadly, he was telling the truth, it took me 25 minutes for me to get him on the phone to find out what was wrong with my car. I can go elsewhere, pay less and be treated MUCH better! more

I worked with both Christie and Mark Rancharan, Both were great to work with. Christie made the internet part easy and followed up with phone calls when needed. Mark gave me all the time I could have needed when I got there. I never felt pressured or hurried. I would deal with these folks anytime. more
