This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star. They don't return E-mails or let you know when your order is to be shipped. Very poor customer service. They don't answer phone calls but refer you to e-mail communication which never happens. Placed an order 14 days ago & 3 emails later no answers. I will contact my credit card company about these scammers. more

I ordered 2 magazines and was concerned after looking at the image (was not the correct picture) and tried to contact this company. It states on the website 'Real Customer Service' ....sure if you want to call the number provided and leave a message so they can 'get back with you within 24 hours'. On the check out page, there is a place to get '10% off your first order by providing your email' ....... no discount was applied. I emailed them a request to see if they could help.... no reply. I am not hopeful that the magazines I ordered will be correct. The address on website says Little Rock, but the address listed here on this review site has Dallas. Good thing I use Discover card in case I need to get my money back. Just beware if you shop GunGearUSA.com, so far, they have been a huge disappointment. more
