Regardless of how much income you make (mine-$100,000+); they do nothing to make you feel welcome and want to join their community or rent there. \r
IF you are interested in being charged outrageous move-in costs & be treated with contempt from management (maybe because one of them is an immigrant foreigner and wants to feel important) on top of the money they are asking for who probably only make 10% of yours & mine - \r
well if to you; contemptness & impersonality=CLASS???? Well here it it is 5 Stars worth!!!\r

Besides the apartments I viewed 2 yrs. ago were ""masoleums""! \r
And good ones w views; they (the robots) nickel & dime you on to the tune of $6,000 BEFORE you move in & ARE NOT EVEN PROFESSIONAL OR INVITING!!! Hey, come in a tuxedo or evening gown - THEY JUDGE ON APPEARANCE! AND \r
you might as well be talking to 2 machines. Hey I've owned condos & rented them up North!!\r
As an owner of several strip malls along the coast told me - there are other apartments along the Gulf & condos on the Gulf that rent for less but you get a FRIENDLY TREATMENT& QUALITY for your $$$$. PLUS RESPECT & NOT CONTEMPTNESSfrom obvious wannabes!\r
THE 2 LADIES IN THE RENTAL OFFICE WERE EX-NUNS from the 50's!!!\r
Besides find out what the other owners have to say about this place BEFORE YOU rent!\r
Yea, GULL HARBOR has excellent marketing - BUT\r
If you like contemptness from management & neighbors minding YOUR business - GULL HARBOR IS THE PLACE!!!
