We had Gary and his company Gulf Coast Painting paint our commercial warehouse building recently. Of 3 bids theirs fell in the middle as for price - however I feel I have to say that the quality of paint - and the amount used, 76 gallons. Exceeded the original bid by 16 gallons. I expected the final bill price to increase accordingly. It didn't. When I asked why - Gary said, ""Because I gave you my best estimate"" it is always an estimate on big jobs like these, and in order to provide the solid coverage it required more paint. That is not your fault the building just sucked it up. So the price is exactly what I quoted you. WOW - Gary and his crew of guys - wait his daughter too - all did a great job. I half expected some Mexicans to show up and never see the owner... this was not the case. More so then the painting was the amount of pressure washing - scraping and prep work ... things did get a bit messy as one may expect, but the clean up after the job was done was perfect. I would highly recommend Gary and his crew of guys ( and daughter). Thanks for a job well done!
Pros: Experienced, Gary is man of his word.
Cons: Doughnuts can slow the crew down
