I took my Troy Bilt lawnmower to Gulf Beach Power Equipment to have the electric starter fixed. The lawnmower was kept two months before it was returned,. When it was returned, I attempted to start the lawnmower using the electric starter, it would not start. I explained to the employee that the electric starter should have been fixed. The employee stated that I had to use the pull starter. I stated that was not what was supposed to be fixed. The lawnmower was taken back to Gulf Beach Power Equipment and kept several more weeks but no further work was done. Now I am receiving threatening calls and demanding that I pick up the lawnmower and pay for repairs which were not authorized. In addition, Gulf Beach Power Equipment is threatening to begin charging $60 for storage fees. Gulf Beach Power Equipment DID NOT fix the lawnmower as requested but rather made unauthorized repairs and are demanding payment. They are not associated with the Better Business Bureau and the reason seems to be ...this is an unethical business with unethical business practices. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS
