The most unprofessional and dishonorable music store I have ever experienced! 11/1/2017

Spoke to Steve who put a Rivera Lobottom guitar subwoofer on hold for me to pay later and when I was ready to pay he said the item wasn't working and then said he would sell the item to me for just the shipping cost and I would have to find somebody on my end to fix it. I waited days to get the invoice he promised he would send me to pay for the shipping on the broken item and didn't have the honor or decency to call or email me back. I had to call back and he said his shipping guy changed his mind and didn't want to ship it at all so that is why I am leaving them negative feedback for the absolutely horrible experience I had with this store. Do not buy! BEWARE! more

For 30 years now, Jimmy Brown has owned Guitar Emporium. What started out as a small business has become one of the best known in the vintage guitar industry. His clients range from beginners who have $99 to spend to a German guitar enthusiast who spent $30,000 on a guitar. His clients include some of the greats in the industry- Keith Richards, Dylan, Neil Young and U2. Stop in and just take a look around. Its fantastic. more

Lots of fun 8/18/2005

Now I have to say I've never been able to buy anything here because a guitar just isn't on my list right now. But I have been to the store and I had alot of fun checking everything out. I got into a really interesting and informative conversation with the worker there and I know that if I am ever in the market to buy, this is where I'd go. I like stores like this that know their stuff. more
