This store is in dire need of some responsible management. I have done a lot of business with Guitar Center, and deeply disappointed with the service or lack of service I?ve received from this store. I?m not talking about any single occurrence. GC Rancho Cucamonga is consistent when it comes to poor customer service. Management down to the sales person working the front lines. more
