Guiding Fitness isn't like a regular gym. It's more personal. The instructors and the trainers really get to know their clients and modify the work outs to fit the person. They are knowledgable and passionate about what they do. Anything I've had a question on they've been quick to answer and I've felt I could really trust them.
I've been going to Guiding Fitness for a little over 6 months now. I have not felt this good about myself in a very long time. I have a lot more energy to keep up with my kids and our families daily activities. My self confidence is up. I'm getting back into my skinny clothes. Clothes that I thought I would never get into again doing at home workouts, fad diets and using all the gadgets and gizmos outs there. My goals just seemed way out there. The staff has been there for me both physically and mentally. Boosting me up when I feel like I can't go on or I've hit a hurdle that I just can't seem to get over. I had surgery a few months back and going into that surgery a little more healthy than I was I was able to bounce back and jump right in to where I was before going in for the surgery.
The other clients at Guiding Fitness are all there for the same purpose. We are all encouraging each other to push ourselves harder. We check in with each other to make sure we are drinking enough water through out the day or sending a message to put that piece of cake down. If someone doesn't show up for one of the classes, we are calling or texting to see where you are. No one there is judging the person next to them. We all are there working out and laughing having a good time. That's what a gym should be. A comfortable, fun, energetic place for you to go to reach your goals to getting healthy. My goal, a lot closer than it was 6 months ago. This summer, I'll feel comfortable in a bathing suit next to the pool. That is something that hasn't happened in a very long time.
