It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

The hotel arrangements, front desk service and rooms were excellent.\r \r I received many positive comments from the thirty two people that stayed at the Guesthouse Inn.\r \r Again, thank you for everything and we look forward to our next stay at the Guesthouse Inn. more

I was there on business at the Egan Convention Center and getting back and forth was very easy. There are many very good restaurants right down the road that was great. My husband was with me and the number one thing was being downtown as so close to everything I wanted to do - sightseeing, shopping, restaurants and even attending my meetings. I will book my stay at this hotel every year. Hotel personnel were very nice. Thank You. more

I really enjoyed my stay. Close to a number of top notch restaurants, like Italian, Mexican, steak and seafood and a great little walk to bars and pubs. Its an easy walk to the 5th Avenue Mall and neat downtown stores. The staff were friendly and courteous. It also appeared that the Inn is pet friendly, I observed a couple of folks with dogs. Pretty cool as there is a bike trail and park not too far away. I felt perfectly safe during my 5 day stay. For those staying longer I noted a special rate for 30 days or longer. Pretty good price given the location. more

Good Hotel to Stay 6/7/2011

There are about 6 blocks from downtown activities, restaurants and shop. Rooms were hygienic and very comfortable. We would surely stay at this hotel on our next visit also. The one thing which was missing were the amenities in small eating area except for coffee and tea. A minimal continental breakfast would sure enhance a stay here. more

Nothing special but good value 7/24/2004

I've stayed here several times mostly because of the location and the price. It's located in downtown within walking distance of the mall and all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are very average but clean. When the place is full it can be somewhat noisy. On more than one occasion the elevator broke and we had to take the stairs. Good thing there are only three floors. Country Kitchen is across the street so breakfast is easy in the morning. They just redecorated the lobby and added a sitting area and fireplace which did improve it. If you come in the summer and are going to pay tourist prices you might as well stay at a nicer hotel, but off season Days Inn gives these rooms away. Pros: Price, Location Cons: , Dull rooms more
