Best service I've ever had after living in South Florida for over15 years. 11/11/2018

Guardian Pools is by far the best at what they do. I have used other companies before and had always been disappointed. Well I can finally say that I have found my pool guy! When the pool tech came to service my pool for the first time he gave me a crash course in pool maintenance something I had never had before with any of the other pool companies. I now have a basic knowledge of how to keep it balanced and clean in between service visits. Pool Care Solutions is a wonderful company and it is a true testament to why they have so many clients and have been in business for over 50 years. more

Great Service All The Time 9/6/2017

Guardian Pools has serviced our pool weekly for over two years. We have had good service up until we had a crisis over an important weekend. Our pump blew and with water spewing in the air we flooded our neighbor's yard. We managed to get everything turned off. We called Guardian Pools and Lance returned our call promptly. He told me a repairman would come out on Monday and that everything would be just fine. At the time I felt they should have had someone on call over weekends and I got a quite upset. Come Monday, as promised, the repairman was at our house at 8:00 am. It turned out be a simple repair and only took about 15 minutes. Thanks, Guardian Pools and please forgive my curt attitude on the phone. more

Excellent Pool Repair Company 12/18/2012

Their pool repair department is excellent. They fixed my old broken pump instead of me having to buy a new one. Once the repairman knew I could not afford a new pump he worked with me which I really appreciate. My only complaint is the technician was 10 minutes late and never bothered to call me to tell me he was going to be late but still, I will definitely use them again. more
