Good job, centrally located 8/30/2005

Guaranty South did good job for us (Guarantee Midtown on 21st is another story). One note if your'e going there, they're WAY back in a shopping center, make sure to get clear directions, otherwise you'll never find it. more

Guarantee on Yale is a great place to close on your loan... we've bought several houses and used them, and never had a problem. Do NOT confuse them with their 21st street office, they're HORRIBLE over there! more
