I normally do not complete reviews but after everything our organization has been through with GTM I want others to be prepared. I have been in the youth sports world for years and can honestly say has been by far my worst experience ever! this company was recommended to me by another organization so I expected it to be GREAT! In the process of my order they switched soft wear but because they were recommended to me and hey have a great line of items for cheer, that are a very good quality, and very reasonably priced I decided to stick with them… BIG MISTAKE! they are a MESS! I ordered camp clothes from GTM, simple, simple order and it has been nothing but a MESS! ! I have worked with 3 different agents, 2 did not return my calls because they are so busy, the third forgot to place my actual order not once but twice, when the agent finally got around to placing my order, my items were not available! I finally got a manager to help me, he was very nice but did not follow up with me as he said he would and the day before my order was to arrive he called me to say my items were on back order and I needed to pick something different, a plain t-shirt! They have no communication between staff, my card was charged multiple times, my items arrived in different colors then I ordered, it has been one thing after the other. I finally spoke with the director thinking things would change and I was WRONG again! My items have arrived but I still have no refund and no return label for the items they shipped to me by mistake and will not be refunded for them until I return the items… I have been waiting 2 weeks for a return label. The lack of customer service has been the WORST I have ever seen! We are a non-profit organization, we do not have $800 to be charged by mistake. This truly has been the worst customer service experience EVER!
