I've been going to Gary at GTM Auto Repair for at least 10 years. Whenever I have gone in, he has unfailingly been courteous and the work has been done well. He's been upfront about any costs, and he's never done something unauthorized or unneeded. He's made sure I get everything taken care of, even when it's inconvenient for him. more

Gary at GTM Auto Repair is the only guy I trust with my car, an Audi PT. He's super honest, and lets me know if certain repairs are needed. So he saves me money. Nothing is ever wrong with my car because I take it to him, and if there is he's the one to fix it. Gary's the best guy around. I wouldn't trust anyone else after three years going of his service. more

Went in for radiator repair. however I made the mistake of letting gary know I was doing so because we intended to sell the vehicle. he was insistent that we pickup the vehicle the evening of the repair because he couldnt keep the vehicle in the shop overnight, which conveniently meant we didnt notice the damage that night. Later we discovered the dent and paint damage on the grill - that wasnt there before, and matches the shape of the corner or the radiator. The repair itself was ok - on budget and the car runs perfectly, but I wont ever take another car there again since I cant trust a guy who would conceal damaging our vehicle in the hopes that we wouldnt notice. more

GTM Auto Repair has been good so far. Gary's estimates are always accurate, and he usually gets stuff done quickly. He is quite flexible. Only on one occasion was he totally slammed so that I couldn't get in for a few days. He is very responsive, and goes out of his way to get the work done on time. A couple of times when I have taken the car in, like on a Thursday for example, he says he will try to get it done on Friday, though it might not happen, and when Friday comes around, he calls to say it is done. He is great that way, and I am very satisfied with the way he handles that. The the work has been perfect so far; I have no complaints at all. He is great because if I bring the car in for service and he notices a light that is not fixed, he will just fix it without mentioning it. He is really detail oriented that way. more

They did a good job. I was impressed. Like I told the owner, the reason I went to GTM Auto Repair is because I drive by their shop and I can tell they run a good show. He has a nice little gig going over there. They are all very professional. If I have a ever problem, I will take my car to GTM Auto Repair. They were able to detect a problem that no one else could see. It was a burnt wire in the harness. The other shops told me this and that, but GTM caught it. Gary called me before they started the repairs, and they always asked for approval before starting anything else. I am a car guy, and Gary is pretty knowledgeable.
