The firm's principal, Gary Grynkewich, has been a member of the Arizona Bar since 1975, and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for Arizona,U.S. Claims Court, 3rd and 9th Circuit Courts of Appeals, and U.S.Supreme Court. In addition to his practice of law, Mr. Grynkewich has served as Presiding Justice of the Peace (Pima County), Judge Pro Tempore of the Pima County Superior Court and is currently a hearing officer for Maricopa County with respect to administrative appeals. Mr. Grynkewich has served as Chair of the Education Committee and Co-Chair of the Legislative Committee of the Arizona Justice ofthe Peace Association; Chair of the Arizona State Bar Mandatory Legal Education Committee; Chair of the City of Tucson Magistrate Merit Selection Committee; a Founding Director of the Pima Prevention Partnership's Teen Court and host of the You and the Law radio program in Pima County.
