I had to sue Grow Financial Federal credit union- see my site at: Say No To Grow, (Google search) for all details. They stole $885.00 from my account and labeled it a ""withdraw fee""! more

Awesome Auto Loan 1/6/2012

These guys were great with my Auto Loan; they offered the absolute lowest interest rate and are so so polite on the phone. They also give you a 10 day grace period to make payment if you need it, which has been very helpful in this economy. Thanks Grow :) more

GROW FINANCIAL SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS! 10/17/2011

I have had grow financial since 2007 and since then have gone through hell and back. The location on boulevard in tampa (off platt st) has the rudest associates working there. they dont want to assist anyone. you have to ask them to take you. very rude since 2007, and believe me , their attitude hasnt changed. i dread even walking in to any grow financial just because of the ""non service"" that is given. the customer service over the phone is horrible as well. they advertise that they work with you but they really work against you. more

Terrible Customer Service 8/14/2011

Don't bother using Grow Financial. The customer service is terrible. If you want to sacrifice a low rate for terrible service thats the Grow Motto. Managers are useless, they just ""work by the guidelines"". more
