I was a loyal customer. Every six months, since 1980, I was in for a cleaning. Two weeks before my appointment in January I received a letter that stated my appointment was canceled and they would no longer do business with me. My insurance company did not pay $14.00 of my July 2007 semi-annual cleaning. In November I received a phone call or two from Grove Dental. I let them know that I would send them a check. With the holidays, I forgot. I figured, my appointment was at the beginning of January and I would just pay then. A 27 year relationship destroyed over $14.00.
