Group Health is OK for the younger adults and for those who are not sick. If you need to go out of the Network, it is a mess. If you stay in the Network you may not find the professional you require. Calls to the Customer Support Representative cause more problems than there worth. If you have a real simple question they may have the answer. If it takes some thought, every Representative you call will give you a different answer and swear their's is the right one.
