best grooming ever more

I spoke with Dawn days before to let her know I wanted to bring in my puppy to be groomed. I asked her if it was okay to bring him in that morning and pick him up that afternoon when i got off from work. She said that was fine. I dropped off my pup as planned @ 830am. I arrived at 5pm and he had not yet been groomed. She said she had a busy day! It had been 8hrs and the only thing she had done , was to give him a shampoo. I told her I would come back in about 45 minutes and she said ""okay, I'll have him ready. When I returned for the second time, she had her assistant bring my pup to me. She had only shaved the hair from his eyes and around his nose. Other than that he looked the SAME! What happen to the puppy cut I wanted????I told the assistant how I felt and she said she will let Dawn know, so that she could get started on the puppy cut that I asked for. I had to meet someone at 6pm, so I told her I can't wait, I'll come back. When I arrived for the third time, which was about 30 mins later, as I walked in, she mumbled under her breathe, "" How I'm I suppose to give a full cut in 20mins!!"" Keep in mind , she had ALL DAY and was having an attitude with me. I didn't let on that I heard the statement. At that point I was disgusted and wanted to get my pet and leave. The cut was choppy and uneven!!! he looked HORRIBLE! I expected for my inconvenience, she might have offered a free shampoo or trim on his next visit. Maybe even take $10.00 off for the gas I wasted driving to her business 3 TIMES!!!! Instead she charged me the full price. I paid and left! If you want to have a good pet grooming experience, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! very unprofessional and rude! more

So glad to have found ""Grooming by Dawn"" ....they are very good to Ace (our Miniature Schnauzer) and have given me great tips that have helped with him. They seem to love what they do and have a passion for the animals. If you are looking for a great groomer then give them a try, you will not be disappointed. more

Dawn is by far the best groomer I have ever taken my dogs to. My headline describes what my dogs would say if they could talk because she is great! I have taken my dogs to petsmart, and other groomers but they go in shaking and scared. We almost stopped taking them to get groomed because we thought they just didn't like it, Then we took them to Dawn, they are happy when they go in and when they come out. She is very precise with the treatment she gives to my dogs. Its hard to find a good groomer but she is definately one that I recommend ! Happy Grooming to you. more

I absolutely love Grooming By Dawn!!! I was in a bind last month, my dog needed to be groomed in extremely short notice. I called around to several grooming places in the area and none were able to see my dog!! Except Dawn. Not to mention I have a 11 year old chihuahua and she is not fond of everyone! Bt Dawn and her staff are really genuine people which made her feel comfortable, and they did a wonderful job grooming her! Needless to say my dog will be getting her grooming done by Dawn every month!!!!! more

Dawn is absolutely the best dog groomer I have been to. My dog, BJ, is 12 years old now...so we have gone to several groomers through the years. He has a lot of hair and some places would never brush him out good when I'd pick him up. BJ has looked his very best ever since he has been going to Dawn. He LOVES her and looks forward to his visits to her. We are so very pleased with the job she does and I would highly recommend her service to everyone. We will not go to anyone else. more

Dawn has groomed my dog several times in the last year. Every time has been a great experience. She's friendly and when I pick my dog up...she is so clean, sweet smelling and cute! AND, my doggie's cut grows out to look EVEN CUTER! She's a very talented dog groomer. I highly recommend her for your pooch! Pros: My dog is happy, clean and cute when I pick her up! I took my dogs to Dawn not knowing what to expect since I had some terrible experiences with other local groomers. To my suprise my dogs looked better than they ever had and they didn't come home stressed like previously. They were absolutely perfectly groomed and her 15 years of experience really showed in the job she did. She was personable, informative, and extremely gentle with my dogs. The enviroment was great inside the shop and the shop exceptionally clean and no pet odors at all. After many BAD experiences with local groomers Ii have finally found my groomer for my pets and highly refer her to anyone that loves the pets. Pros: Good location, extremely clean, excellent grooming skills, Very customer oriented Cons: Couldn't find any more
