Grocery Outlet

I've gone here a few times with my husband and it's so much fun. It's like a Costco but just alot smaller. You can find anything you need here in bulk. My husband usually goes here to get beef jerky and that kind of thing in bulk. The prices here are excellent. The staff is also very friendly and parking is great too. Definatlely check this place out. more

The Gresham store has the most elegant selections of the Portland-Area Grocery Outlets. Particularly exotic are the selection of cheeses. Just yesterday I came home with English Cheddar at $1.89 a pound, Farm Cheese at 99 cents a pound, irish cheddar at $2.00 pound (I buy it at a "gourmet" store for $9.88 a pound!), and brie for $1.69 for 8 oz. They also offer gourmet deli meats such as smoked salmon (packets are usually $1.29 each), a variety of sausages, and sliced meats for a fraction of retail. I've shopped at this Grocery Outlet for over 10 years and have never brought home anything questionable. Grocery Outlet also offers a variety of wines and beers at very good prices. From time to time they offer in-store wine tasting and serving suggestions. Once I catered a baby shower at a local ambassador's home using food completely obtained at Grocery Outlet and received nothing but compliments on the amazing array of food! more

Every time I go to Grocery Outlet they always ask me at the checkout... did you find everything you were looking for? To me it is a silly question and I always answer... I don't know what I am going to find here until I get here! They do carry the basics, like milk, all the time, but the rest is always changing. The prices are always great and while some of the merchandise is of lower quality, I have also found some excellent deals on brand name stuff. If you enjoy the hunt for a bargain... you must check the Grocery Outlet out!!! more
