Worst

I went here to purchase a leotard for my daughter and their selection wasn't good at all. The lady was somewhat helpful, but didn't offer to order me anything or look anything up...

Dance Supplies, etc. 8/20/2005

As a student of Ms. Susan's, my daughter receives a discount at Grizzly's. We have bought dance skirts, leotards, tights, jazz shoes, tap shoes, and stompers from this store. We even found some red (her fave color) fasteners for her tap shoes. I believe they also sell some cheerleading supplies as well. I know they sell hair accessories, jewelry and gift items. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The cost is average to moderately expensive for this type of business. more

Better off driving elsewhere 8/11/2005

I think this store stays in business simply because there are not too many places to shop for dance wear in Lufkin. The shop is small. Too small to move around. The selection is very limited and they were out of our size in many of the popular colors. They had no ordering service to order anything else. Basically if they didn't have it on hand, then you weren't getting it from them. It is sad because there is so many cute leotards and accessories available and they don't carry much of them. I found it easier and much less expensive to drive to Houston or even order online. Unless you HAVE to have something and don't have the opportunity or time to get it elsewhere, I'd skip this place. more

I went here to purchase a leotard for my daughter and their selection wasn't good at all. The lady was somewhat helpful, but didn't offer to order me anything or look anything up to see if she could get it. It looked like some of it had been there a while and the prices were fairly high. The store is very small and is crowded. It was ok, but not somewhere that I'd want to continually shop for things like that. I'd rather do my shopping online where I can get the exact sizes I need and have a large selection of colors and get much better prices. more
