Best coffee I have ever had 4/22/2007

I went with my family to Arizona on vacation from Indiana. We visited Grinders every day while there. The owner is a friendly guy, full of personality and charm! Each of my family members, 4 adults and 1 child, had their favorite drink. Mine was the soy latte and I haven't had a better one before or after my Grinders experience. I would love to have a Grinders around my neighborhood with the same quality of coffee, same atmosphere, and the same genuine feeling of being welcomed. Pros: Parking, ambience, friendly and fast service Cons: Can't remember any more

Don't even think about Starbuck's 5/24/2006

I've been here three months drinking mediocre coffee while searching for the best place in the city, and I have found it. Right across the street from John C. Lincoln Hospital is the finest coffee in the city! How did I live so long without this coffee is beyond me. It is that good. Drive up to North Phoenix for the best. You will be glad that you did! Pros: Great coffee, Danishes, Variety Cons: No nutmeg, Not open 24 hours more

Makes You Forget Starbucks! 4/29/2006

For the best coffee in the North Central Phoenix area, head over to Grinders. I am a cappucino drinker, my wife likes the latte. Grinders roasts their own beans, so the coffee is the freshest and most flavorful I have ever had. The staff is friendly, attractive, and I don't have to tell them my specialty, they know it and start making it when I walk in the door. Magnifico! Pros: Best Coffee, Friendly Staff, Roasted on site!
